Goat Production

Indigenous Goat Breeds
FAB FARM is based on sound principles of conserving natural resources, limiting the carbon footprint, growing, hiring and eating locally grown and prepared meat/foods, and making our community a better place to live in.
The farm was created to meet the growing needs of a community that shares these same views and are concerned about their health and retirement planning. This community is tired of the use of chemicals and or other artificial agents. While more than likely these products are chemically and artificially raised/ripened using high-tech, thus robbing it of practically all its nutritional value.
We operate a 37 acres farm at Esigombeni, producing free-range meat goat and products. Our farming system is characterized by rearing autochthonous breeds and using natural resources through grazing within a protected natural area. The role of our system as suppliers of presently non-remunerated ecosystem services becomes more relevant.
FAB FARM is a sky, big enough to give our community a room to shine. It is a tribe of black people who will become a community of success. We’re in goat farming because we want to leverage the vast opportunities available in the goat meat industry, to contribute our quota in growing the Swazi economy, in national food (meat) production and raw material production for industries.
FAB FARM PROJECTS is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Business entity. CSA is both a marketing strategy and a philosophy. The farm is selling 1000 equity shares of face value SZL 50 per share (subscriptions) in the current season’s produce.
Our purpose is to provide a blueprint for near term and long term goals. It is also a tool for lenders, explaining the need for initial financing, the source and use of funds, and debt repayment capabilities.
Fab farm has simple objectives; provide healthy and delicious tasting chevon while simultaneously leaving a minimal carbon footprint. The initial three years of operations will provide an excellent credit history and track record necessary for this operation.
